       EHNA是一種可逆的腺苷脫氨酶抑制劑(人紅細(xì)胞中的IC50 = 1.2微米),它還選擇性地抑制cGMP特異性磷酸二酯酶(PDE2)(人和豬心肌中的IC50分別為0.8和2微米,大鼠肝細(xì)胞中為3.5微米,人血小板中為5.5微米)。[1],[2]相比之下,EHNA抑制PDE1、PDE3或PDE4的能力要弱得多(IC50s > 100微米)。1 EHNA已被用于評(píng)估缺血期間的心臟保護(hù)和神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用,研究cAMP/cGMP信號(hào)的作用,以及維持多能性/防止人類(lèi)胚胎干細(xì)胞分化。[3],[4][5]
