產品簡介


      MagniSort? Human CD4 T cell Enrichment Kit 設計用于通過陰性選擇磁性分離 CD4 T 細胞。它已經過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化抗體混合物和鏈霉素親和素包被磁珠從正常人外周血單核細胞中分離人 CD4 T 細胞。非目標細胞會由抗體結合，隨后結合至磁珠，若將其放入磁場，溶液中會留下未接觸游離 CD4 T 細胞。
